Kerry Cooler
1 1/2 oz sherry
2 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz club soda
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orgeat syrup
Special instructions:
Shake everything except soda with ice; strain into a highball glass. Top with the club soda.
