Golden Slipper
2 oz. Apricot Brandy
3/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
1 Egg yolk
Special instructions:
Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
