Blowhole
2 oz. Brandy
1 Egg White
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3 oz. Seltzer Water
1 tsp. Sugar
Special instructions:
Mix all except Seltzer in the shaker, shake with ice. Pour into glass, add Seltzer and serve.
