2 oz Rittenhouse 100proof Rye whisky
1 oz Laird's Applejack brandy
1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
2 orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters

The Bardstown was invented in Seattle at Liberty by Andrew F., a big fan of American whiskey. The name derives from Bardstown, Kentucky - the bourbon capital of the world, where a great amount of fantastic whiskey was born and bred.In a mixing glass, add ice and ingredients and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
