This was inspired by remembering the cold, blustery weather north of the Arctic Circle, rafting a wild river improbably named the Hulahula! Yukon Jack has long been a favorite to warm the insides all the way to the toes, and the Hulahula says warmth and sunshine and so the addition of 151 seems to match that. Invented on a cold night in the plains with ice sleet and dropping temperatures outside.In a two ounce shot glass pour one ounce of Yukon Jack Canadian whiskey and then top with half ounce of 151 Bacardi rum.
