This recipe for a Cement Mixer, using lemon juice, is almost identical to the one with lime juice. It's all about personal preference really. Give it a good swish inside the cheeks, then take it down in one. Popular in the Army, too.Pour the Bailey's into a shot glass until three-quarters full. Add half a teaspoon or a quick squeeze of lemon juice. Quickly consume and let it coagulate inside your mouth, then swallow.
