- 11. Juice a lemon and a lime half; cut into wedges and add into a cocktail shaker along with the mint leaves and sugar (use superfine sugar or simple syrup if available). Muddle ingredients to release oils from the mint leaves.
- 22. Add the tequila, lemon and lime juices and club soda; stir and serve over ice in a highball glass.
