- 11. Pour the amaretto almond liqueur, peach schnapps, Southern Comfort, sour mix and triple sec into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- 22. In a hurricane glass, add the grenadine then add ice.
- 33. Strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the hurricane glass, layering the two. Float the blue curacao on top, and serve. Colors, from bottom-to-top, will be as follows; red, clear, and blue.
