- 1Fill your blender with ice (I used a magic bullet wich is like 1/3 of a blender). Add the cut up cucumber on top of ice. Pour the bacardi over the cucumber. Pour in the sweet and sour mix. Blend. Add a squeeze of lime and blend again- 2 seconds. Pour into glass and enjoy.
- 2(Add more cucumber to taste, i leave the seeds in. depending on the brand of melon liquor depends on the taste of the cucumber.)
