Method

1. 1Fill pre-chill a tall glass by filling with ice and water. Let sit for a moment.
2. 2Toss out water and ice, fill with fresh ice.
3. 3To this add 2 oz's of Gosling's Black Seal Rum.
4. 4To this top with Barretts Ginger Beer. Ginger ale will not work. For this drink to succeed, use a strong, almost bitter ginger beer.
5. 5Squeeze 1/4 lime into the libation.
6. 6Top with freshly grated nutmeg. Do not use powdered nutmeg.
7. 7Stir with a slice of fresh ginger and serve.
8. 8Prepare more glasses ...seconds and thirds may be ordered if it's a hot day.
