Name: Harry's Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 dash Absinthe; 2 oz Gin; 3 fresh Mint; 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Method

Muddle two mint sprigs with vermouth and absinthe in a mixing glass. Add gin, shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a stuffed olive and remaining mint sprig, and serve.
