A two-part layered shot of Rumple Minze peppermint schnapps and apricot brandy. The peppermint schnapps sits on the bottom and the brandy is floated on top, creating a visual separation and a contrast of mint and stone fruit. It is consumed as a single shooter.

Method

  1. 1Pour Rumple Minze into a shot glass.
  2. 2Rest a bar spoon just above the surface and slowly pour apricot brandy over the back of the spoon to float it on top.
