Method

  1. 1Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container. Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency.
  2. 2Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid.
  3. 3Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass. Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg.
