Ingredients: 3 drop Maraschino Liqueur; ½ peeled Peach; 3 drop Rose's Lime Juice; 1½ oz White Rum

Method

Peel and slice the half-peach and add with the white rum, maraschino liqueur and Rose's lime juice to a blender. Add 3-oz of crushed ice. Blend for 10-20 seconds. Strain into a champagne saucer, and serve.
