By letting the grenadine fall to the bottom and floating the GM on top, you get what looks to be a wedge of fresh cut peaches. Created by RS Jones for Capitol City Brewing Company's new martini menu, Washington DC. Enjoy!Pour vodka, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice into shaker full of ice. Shake, strain and pour into cocktail (martini) glass. Add a splash of grenadine so it will fall to the bottom and float the Grand Marnier on top.
