- 1This drink was made up on a busy saturday night by yours truely, some one come to the bar and asked for a cocktail with malibu in it, so I just grabed a few bottles and away I went.
- 2The end result was tropical twist, it was a smash from the get go, when they went back to their table, they told their friends, by then end of the ngiht we had no malibu left. Good times.Add the malibu coconut rum, triple sec and pineapple juice to a shaker half filled with ice. shake well.
- 3strain contents of shaker into a high ball glass filled with ice.
- 4drizzle midori over the top of the cocktail to sink the midori in a rain like effect.
- 5Garnish with the slice of pineapple.
