About
Kina Lillet was the original quinine-fortified version of Lillet Blanc, a French aperitif wine from Bordeaux. The recipe was reformulated in 1986 and the bitter quinine reduced, so today's Lillet Blanc is a milder substitute called for in the original Vesper.
