Rose's is a brand of cordials and cocktail mixers that originated in Britain when Lachlan Rose patented a method of preserving lime juice without alcohol in 1867. The brand is best known for Rose's Lime Juice, a sweetened lime cordial used in the gimlet. In the United States the brand is owned by Keurig Dr Pepper.
