A very spicy drink... Good to get the evening kicked off and also useful as a relief for the morning after (If you can take the heat!) Developed by a former southern bartender who likes to chase them with a cold beer!Pour vodka, V-8, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, black pepper, and squeeze lemon wedge into glass; shake. Serve over rocks. Garnish with 4 - 5 olives on a toothpick, 1 banana pepper, 1 pod pickled okra, 1 celery stalk, and sprinkle with approx. 1/8 tsp Tony's.
