Ingredients: 1 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur; 30 -50 ml Dry Ginger Ale; crushed or frapped Ice; and Mint; garnish with slice of Oranges; ⅛ oz Stone's Ginger Wine

Method

1Pour liqueures over crushed ice into chosen glasswear.
2Add dry ginger ale pouring slowly as to not agitate fizzy head.
3Garnish as prefered.

6pour dry ginger ale into glass.
7frappe ice and both liqueurs together.
8pour slowly into glass.
